Fixed Teeth in a Day

A new method is now being utilized where people without any teeth are provided with fixed teeth using only four implants to support a full arch prosthesis. This efficient and effective restoration of providing teeth is done immediately and on the same day. This applies to people who have no teeth and also to people who have very bad teeth and wish to have them all removed and replaced with fixed teeth.

Technique

The teeth are removed, four implants are placed strategically at a certain angle in a specific way, and high quality fixed temporary teeth are fitted in one visit without the patient having to leave the dental office. The patient then has full fixed temporary teeth for six months where they function normally. After the period of six months, and once the implants have integrated in the bone, the final teeth are made and fixed on the top of the implants permanently. This prosthesis is made of a high quality titanium, gold, and porcelain bridge.

This treatment is offered to patients with a full upper, or full upper and lower fixed replacement teeth. This can be offered to patients who have no teeth at all or to those who have very poor teeth that are mobile or unaesthetic.

Careful planning is needed for an effective , efficient and precise implant placement. There are certain diagnostic procedures that may involve a dental CT scan and a few visits of impression taking, and denture try in., that are needed.

It can benefit patients who:

  • Have full dentures that are not satisfactory
  • Have teeth that are failing because of gum disease or old bridgework
  • Cannot go without teeth for any period of time
  • Do not have enough bone and need bone grafting or other procedures before implant placement.
  • Are not enjoying their food because of poor chewing
  • Not confident because of poor loose dentures or unsightly teeth

The advantages of this revolutionary technique:

This treatment has made such a difference to so many people’s lives that had suffered from bad teeth for a long time. This treatment has the following advantages:

  • It is a total conversion from failing unsightly teeth, to no teeth, to fixed temporary teeth on the same day
  • It is done in ONE visit without leaving the dental office.
  • It is done while being asleep.
  • It provides fixed teeth for a full upper arch, or both upper and lower arches at the same time.
  • No need to go with no teeth for any period of time.

Whilst the cost can be significant, and the decision to go ahead needs a lot of thinking, it is worthwhile investing in a life changing and reliable long-term solution. Our treatment coordinators are ready to discuss this with you in detail and at length.
